The survey of senior executives world-wide finds that almost four-fifth of those surveyed see sharing and collaboration aspects of the Web 2.0 as an opportunity to increase their company's revenue and/or gross margin. 31% of companies think that use of web as a platform for sharing and collaboration will affect all or parts of their business. continued
